Rediscover the past

Around the Alpe di Siusi they are lots of medieval castles and palaces to visit. The ruins of Hauenstein Castle near Siusi, once the residence of the famous composer Oswald von Wolkenstein, are well worth a visit. Take your children back in time with myths and legends of days gone by on a hike along the Oswald von Wolkenstein Trail.

Castel Prösel in Völs, the ruins of Castel Salego below Suisi and Castel Forte near Val Gardena are all worth visiting.
