Tobogganing and skating fun

A fun winter pastime is tobogganing. Visit one of the seven natural, not-too-steep toboggan runs around the Alpe di Siusi that wind their way down the mountains. The excitement mounts as you go up to the top through the wintery forest and during the descent down into the valley you are transported back to your childhood. In addition to this many cosy alpine huts invite you to break for some traditional food.

If you prefer to travel more elegantly over the ice then the frozen Völser Weiher is the place to go. Here skating fans of all ages can go for a spin.
