Our Green Concept combines comfort with respect for nature and the Dolomites. Our house was built inside and out using natural materials and furnished with old barn wood from the Seiser Alm. We also rely on natural products for personal care. A charging station in the underground garage welcomes electric cars, and many destinations can be reached without a car.

Sustainability is achieved together: through mindful use of water and electricity, using fewer towels in the sauna area, bringing your own slippers, proper waste separation, and—whenever possible—arriving by train. Organic waste is taken to a local farm and further reused in a meaningful way.
